This role involves developing and maintaining applications that support our HR and planning functions ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI/OBIEE
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM - HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader
- Have hands-on experience with HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader
- Show familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM - Benefits PL/SQL and SQL
- Exhibit knowledge of Oracle XML Publisher and OC HCM Fun-Core HR
- Understand Sales and Operations Planning processes and their integration with HR systems
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions
