Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 4-8 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and be capable of gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose suitable Oracle HCM solutions.
• Participate in workshops, CRP sessions, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM applications with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
  • Core HR
  • Global Human Resources
  • Talent Management
  • Absence Management
  • Compensation
  • Performance Management
  • Learning Management
  • Recruitment (ORC)
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and testing.
• Knowledge of HCM security, BPM workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting.
• Experience working with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
