Overall, 5-8 years of reporting track experience. Approx 1-2 years of strong hands-on experience

Designs, develops, and maintains reports and interactive dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and BI Publisher to provide business insights from Oracle HCM data

include gathering requirements, building ETL pipelines, creating visualizations, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical expertise to business users. Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, knowledge of HCM data structures, and experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools are essential.
