Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead

Location: Pan India

Lead the design implementation and management of Oracle SaaS Finance solutions across the entire Finance lifecycle Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements into scalable Oracle SaaS configurations Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Oracle SaaS capabilities to optimize Finance processes Oversee integration of Oracle SaaS Finance modules with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency Monitor industry trends and Oracle SaaS Finance updates to recommend system enhancements and maintain competitive advantage Mentor and guide crossfunctional teams on Oracle SaaS Finance best practices solution adoption and process improvements Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance related to Finance implementations and upgrades

Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle SaaS Finance covering key areas with Capability Architects to develop and own test strategies plans scenarios and cases leading to quality assurance validations and project signoffs Coordinate with third party partners to perform end-to-end Finance integration testing Evaluate execute and document applicable test cases and results ensuring transparency and accuracy Keep stakeholders informed of testing progress challenges and resolutions Articulate issues impacts and support needs effectively across internal and external teams Innovate and propose out of the box solutions to enhance productivity and streamline Finance processes Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Finance Cloud modules including configuration testing data migration reporting user training and post go-live support Exhibit strong client facing communication skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
