Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant || Gurgaon location

Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Finance modules such as:
  GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA
• Work on functional setups, configurations, and documentation.
• Perform gap analysis, design financial business process flows, and propose solutions.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), MD50, test scripts, and training materials.

Project & Support Activities

• Participate in end-to-end finance module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams for fixes.
• Carry out UAT support, system testing, and data validation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for requirements and delivery.

Finance Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of finance processes such as:
  P2P, O2C, R2R, asset accounting, cash/bank management, month-end & year-end closing.
• Work closely with business users to translate requirements into system solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Strong knowledge of configurations in GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• Experience in implementing or supporting at least 12 full-cycle projects.
• Good understanding of SQL for basic validations.
• Excellent communication, requirement gathering,and client handling skills.
