Role & responsibilities
Process Configuration: Set up and optimize warehouse workflows including receiving, put-away, slotting, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
System Integration: Integrate Fusion WMS with other Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules like Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), and Transportation Management (TMS).
Automation & Hardware: Configure RF scanning processes, barcode generation, label printing, and material handling equipment.
Project Delivery: Support the full implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, solution design, User Acceptance Testing, go-live, and post-production support).
Inventory Control: Manage cycle counting, physical inventory, and real-time inventory tracking.
Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis for functional issues, data discrepancies, and interface failures.
