Role & responsibilities:

Working expertise over Oracle EBS payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Element Setup/Input value Setup/Fast formula Setup/Balance setup/Arrear Setup/Costing setup in oracle payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Implementation experience of oracle payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Managing Oracle payroll Patches and Version upgrades (India Legislation Preferable)
• Ability to work on support activities of oracle payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Experience of interfaces between applications (Oracle Payroll to Others

Preferred candidate profile : Technical Skills
• BG setup, Payroll Setup
• Fast formula, Formula Function (Creation/Debug)
• Payroll Run, Retro Concept, Pre-Payments
• Balances, Element setup, Element Link, Assignment SET, Element Set, EIT, SIT
• Costing, Balancing concept between Oracle Payroll to Finance.
• Security Profiles, KFF, DFF, Request Set, value sets, profile options
• Expertise on PL SQL, Package, DB view, Triggers
• Oracle Alert, FND User, Responsibilities, Request group, Menu, Functions
• Concurrent programs all type like PL SQL, SQL loader, Host, Java based, SQL file
• HRMS and Payroll back-end API experience.
• Experience on Integration between two modules like HRMS to Payroll, Payroll to Finance.
• WEBADI, Hooks, AME Setup.
• Form personalization, Form customization
• XML publisher, Oracle report Builder RDF
• SQL Loader, UTL file,
• Oracle Patching

Qualification
• B.Tech/MCA in Technology (any stream)
• Solid techno functional background Oracle HRMS/Payroll (India Legislation Preferable) , with understanding or hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
