Configure and maintain Oracle eBS Finance modules based on business requirements
Provide functional and technical support for Oracle eBS Finance modules
Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide solutions
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle eBS Finance modules and provide timely resolutions
Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle eBS Finance modules, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials
Perform testing of Oracle eBS Finance modules to ensure that they are functioning properly
Participate in Oracle eBS Finance upgrade projects, including testing, training, and go-live support
Conduct user training sessions for Oracle eBS Finance modules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
