Oracle DBA L1 & L2 Support Professional

Job Description :

• Must have 4 Year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent)
• 3+ years overall IT experience

Technical Skills:

Experience in the usage of AWS (EC2 RDS).

Should have knowledge on User creations taking care of grants and Privileges.

Should have knowledge experience in Unix command and writing basic task automation shell scripts.

Knowledge experience in Different Backup/restore methods and backup tools is needed.

Experienced with hands on experience in DBA Skills of database monitoring, performance tuning, DB refresh.

Hands on experience in Database support.

Performance Tuning is Must.

Should have experience in generating AWR reports.

Responsible for building knowledge base - Run books, Cheat sheet, DR Drill books, Escalation procedure.

Database refreshes from Production to Acceptance/Development environment

Should have experience in service now or any ticketing tool.

Evidence gathering for Audits.

Candidate needs to be Good Team Player

Ownership skills- should be an individual performer to take deliverables and handle fresh challenges.

Service/Customer orientation/ strong oral and written communication skills are mandate. Should be confident and capable to speak with client and onsite teams.

Should be ready to work in rotating shifts (morning, general and afternoon shifts)
