Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Oracle databases in production and non-production environments.
• Perform Oracle RAC administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Oracle Data Guard environments, including setup, monitoring, failover, and switchover activities.
• Work with Oracle GoldenGate for replication, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Monitor database health, availability, performance, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot database incidents and resolve performance and replication issues.
• Perform database backup, recovery, patching, and upgrade activities.
• Support high availability and disaster recovery requirements.
• Analyze database performance and implement tuning activities.
• Work with application and infrastructure teams to resolve database-related issues.
• Follow enterprise security, compliance, and change management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Database Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC.
• Strong experience with Oracle Data Guard.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
• Experience in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup and recovery concepts.
• Good understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
