Oracle Database Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform database administration tasks such as patching, backups, recovery, and performance tuning on Oracle databases.
  
• Configure and manage RAC environments with Data Guard for disaster recovery purposes.
  
• Develop PL/SQL scripts for automation and maintenance of database schema changes.
  
• Ensure high availability of production databases by monitoring system metrics and responding promptly to incidents.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to Golden Gate replication between databases.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in Oracle DBA role with expertise in 10g, 11g, and 12c versions.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL programming language with proficiency in writing complex queries.
  
• Experience working with Dataguard for Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
