Job Description
- This position involves database strategies development, system monitoring, performance improvement, and capacity planning for future expansion requirements.responsibilities
- Build, test, automate, and support migration of workloads to Oracle Cloud InfrastructureSupport Continuous Delivery processes for software and infrastructure releaseDocument solutions (architecture, configuration, and setup)
- Apply automated configuration management and infrastructure provisioning
- Monitor and optimize database performancePlan backup and recovery of database information] , requirementsWorking knowledge of XML, JSON, Shell and other DBMS scriptsHands-on experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, 18, and 19cExperience with open source databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Knowledge of REST Services, UTL functions, DBMS functionsTable level partitions, row locks, and OLTP experienceETL tools, Data Migration, Data Mapping functionalitiesPerformance tuning and impact analysis
- Experience with Oracle Data Guard/Fast Start FailoverOracle Multitenant (CDB/PDB) knowledgeOracle GoldenGate experienceOracle OCI experience including VM monitoring and database hosting],qualifications
- Graduate degree in BE/B.TechAt least 7+ years of Oracle DBA experience
- Oracle DBA and OCI Cloud Infrastructure certification (advantage)Experience in cluster and mirror environmentsDatabase operations in cloud environmentsStrong communication skills
