Role & responsibilities

• Proven experience in handling H1B transfers, H4-EAD, GC, and citizens
• Understand the candidate's skill set, visa status, and career aspirations.
• Post job requirements on Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate details.
• Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.
• Stay updated on US IT market trends and hiring needs.
• Strong background in working with direct client positions
• Keep in regular contact with candidates and guide them through to the end
• Familiarity with project transfers.
