Were Hiring OPT Recruiter
We are actively looking for experienced and driven OPT Recruiters to join our growing team!
Location: JNTU (Onsite)
Experience : 2 - 4 years
Shift: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
Work with OPT, CPT, H1B, US Citizens, and Green Card candidates
Manage and market bench consultants for suitable opportunities
Place consultants on W2 opportunities with clients and vendors
Screen resumes, conduct initial evaluations, and coordinate interviews
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients throughout the hiring cycle
Build and nurture strong candidate and vendor relationships
Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and placements
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong understanding of US work authorizations and recruitment lifecycle
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively in US time zones
* Self-driven mindset with a focus on targets and delivery
