Position description:

Instrument Operator

Primary Responsibilities:

• To deliver the Maintenance performance in terms of quality, safety, health and environment.
• To do & ensure the proper maintenance/JH of instruments as per plan.
• To do & ensure the calibration of Instruments as per schedule.
• To prepare & maintain records of JH & Calibration Reports.
• To follow the safety guidelines like work permit/sop while doing maintenance of instrument.
• To do improvement to increase the productivity conforming to rule and regulations prevailed in the company.
• To maintain the history record of instrument.
• To do preventive maintenance as per PM schedule and maintain records of it.
• To report to maintenance and process engineers and try to resolve safety observation, near miss and equipment abnormalities observed in plant.
• To carry out all maintenance activities as per the rule & regulations of company
• To ensure availability of spares
• To do servicing & calibration of different type of instrument which is in repairable condition & make it ready as spare for replacement.
• To List out the monthly activity for preparation of monthly report
• To dispatch instrument at vender address for calibration /repairing purpose
• To maintain 5S and GHK in maintenance workshop and office.
