Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team in Domestic. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in operations management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
- Manage and train a team of operations staff to achieve desired results.
- Monitor and control operational expenses to stay within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
