Job Description
As the UAT Coordinator for our Cloud Success Platform, you will oversee the validation of the tools that empower our Cloud Success teams. Your mission is to ensure that Salesforce enhancements for our Engineers, Architects, Guides, and Onboarding Specialists actually improve their workflow and meet business needs as part of every platform release. You will act as the critical link between the Salesforce DET team and the internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who keep our customers successful.
Core Responsibilities
Persona-Based Testing: Design test scenarios specifically tailored to the unique workflows of Cloud Success personas.
Technical Validation: Work with DET and Cloud Success SMEs to validate complex logic, integrations, and data flows within the Cloud Success platform.
Feedback Loop Management: Facilitate Office Hoursand feedback sessions with the SME teams to ensure the UI/UX of new Salesforce features satisfy business user needs.
UAT Logistics: Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for internal releases, including assuring that SMEs have access to the testing environments, test scripts and acceptance criteria are documented for each test scenario, coordinating testing activities, etc.
Defect Triage: Distinguish between a technical platform bug and a misalignment in business process, working with Product Managers to prioritize fixes.
Change Management Support: Partner with the Enablement team to translate UAT findings into What s Newdocumentation for the broader Cloud Success organization.

Qualifications for the Internal Success Ecosystem
Experience: 3+ years in UAT or QA, with a heavy preference for internal Service Cloudor Experience Cloudenvironments.
Salesforce Savvy: Deep understanding of Case Management, Knowledge, Entitlements, and complex sharing models used by technical teams.
The TranslatorSkill: Ability to take a technical requirement from an Engineer and explain the What s in it for meto each Cloud Success persona.
Process-Driven: Will have strong project management skills, and the ability to influence without authority to keep multiple stakeholders and SMEs on track
Tools: Expert-level use of Jira- like systems tracking technical debt and user feedback.
