Job Description
* Manage end-to-end pre-disbursement checks, including sanction compliance, KYC, legal, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure timely and error-free loan disbursement.
* Verify mortgage creation and security documents before fund release.
* Oversee original property document movement, secure custody, and timely document return upon loan closure.
* Liaise with empanelled legal and technical vendors to ensure quality reports within defined TAT.
* Ensure post-disbursement compliance, including mortgage registration, CERSAI filing, PDD closure, stamp duty, and insurance tracking.
* Maintain audit and regulatory compliance for disbursement operations and document custody.
* Manage legal and technical vendor performance, invoice validation, and cost control.
* Lead and develop branch and HO operations teams supporting disbursement and documentation.
* Drive process improvements, document digitization (DMS/LOS/LMS), and publish MIS dashboards for TAT, PDD, and document tracking.
