Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium luxury resort. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel, resort, or hospitality operations with expertise in managing guest experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall resort operations.
- Supervise housekeeping and front office functions.
- Ensure exceptional guest services and satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance and facility management.
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations.
- Lead, train, and manage resort staff.
- Ensure smooth daily operational activities and compliance with company standards.
