Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. End-to-end vendor management and coordination
2. Client relationship management and customer servicing
3. Sales coordination and order management
4. Planning and coordinating exhibitions and fashion events
5. Production follow-ups with vendors
6. Inventory and dispatch coordination
7. MIS reporting and day-to-day operational management
8. Working closely with the founder to ensure smooth business operations

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate with 3- 6 years of experience, preferably in the fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, luxury retail or lifestyle industry
2. Strong communication, coordination and vendor management skills
3. Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. Candidates residing in the western suburbs of Mumbai or nearby locations will be preferred
6. Immediate joiners will be an added advantage
