Operations Manager -IFM

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end IFM operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry, with expertise in team management, client relationship management, statutory compliance, vendor management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple IFM sites.
• Ensure delivery of Soft Services and Hard Services as per SLA/KPI.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage site teams and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and company policies.
• Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and client presentations.
• Control operational budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct regular site audits and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

• Mandatory: Candidate must have experience in the IFM (Integrated Facility Management) industry.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IFM experience, including team handling.
• Experience in managing multiple client sites.
• Strong knowledge of Soft Services, Hard Services, Vendor Management, and Client Management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
