Manage acquisition and onboarding of distressed assets, including due diligence and transaction execution.
Develop and implement resolution and recovery strategies through SARFAESI, IBC, One-Time Settlements (OTS), restructuring, enforcement, and sale of assets.
Coordinate legal proceedings before DRT, NCLT, NCLAT, and other judicial forums in consultation with legal counsel.
Liaise with Resolution Professionals, Committee of Creditors (CoC), banks, financial institutions, valuers, trustees, and other stakeholders.
Monitor portfolio performance, recoveries, Security Receipts (SRs), trust operations, cash flows, and MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, SARFAESI Act, IBC, Companies Act, and internal policies.
Prepare operational reports, management presentations, and support regulatory inspections and audits.

Drive process improvements and ensure efficient execution of operational activities.
