Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Lead to join our team. As the
- Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of
- residential interior design projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team
- of Project Managers and Site Supervisors, ensuring project timelines are met, and
- guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and
- professional growth.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects.
- Collaborate with the design team, warehouse, sourcing, and production teams to
- ensure seamless project flow.
- Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or delays.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams involved in
- the project life cycle.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments to streamline
- processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Timely Delivery:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve on-time project handovers.
- Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain
- project timelines.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution.
- Implement quality control measures to deliver impeccable design solutions to our
- clients.
- Customer Experience:
- Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience throughout the project life cycle.
- Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the residential interior
- design or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of interior design processes and materials is a plus.
