About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern to work closely with the Operations team on strategic and operational initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional project execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities - Work directly with the Director on key operational and strategic initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Drive projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and business productivity.
- Analyze operational data, generate insights, and present recommendations.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in designing and implementing process optimization frameworks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Support ad-hoc business and operational requirements as needed.
- Duration : 3-6 months
- Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech degree.
- Open to all specializations except Computer Science/Information Science.
- Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineering colleges preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Prior internship/project experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or project management will be an added advantage.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and process thinking.
- Curiosity to understand business operations end-to-end.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and execution capability.
