Job Summary

Job Title: Operations Executive

You'll own the day-to-day operations of a marketplace account — from listings to last-mile order tracking. This role keeps the e-commerce engine running smoothly and directly impacts customer experience and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content accuracy on the seller portal
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment
• Process and track orders from confirmation through delivery
• Handle returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
• Update pricing and support promotional campaigns
• Report on operational KPIs and flag issues proactively

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
• Familiarity with seller portals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail in catalog and inventory management
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
