We are looking for a Coordinator Operations (Post Sales) position at our motion furniture manufacturing company requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Coordination with the Sales team, internal departments, and customers to update the status of orders in process.
Manage dispatch from various locations and share details with the sales team and customers.
Follow up with sales teams for orders ready with production.
Manage and plan Installations of the products.
Update various data in the spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
The coordinator will be dealing with the Sales, Operations, Production, Finance & Installation teams over the phone and email.
Proficiency in MS Office-Excel and CRM operations is essential.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent English communication skills, exudes a pleasant personality, and excels in phonic conversations.
