Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
1 4 years of experience in logistics operations, coordination, dispatch, or supply chain support functions
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting
Coordinate end-to-end shipment operations including dispatch, tracking, delivery updates, and operational follow-ups across GCC markets
Work closely with drivers, transporters, vendors, customers, and regional teams to ensure smooth logistics execution and SLA adherence
Monitor real-time shipment movement and proactively resolve delays, escalations, and operational exceptions
Maintain accurate operational records, shipment updates, PODs, and system entries within defined timelines
Support operational planning, load coordination, and transporter allocation activities to ensure service continuity
