Key Skills Required

• Experience in CAD, CAM, PDM, PLM, Engineering Application Support, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, PTC, SolidWorks, Siemens NX/UG NX, Jama Connect, and CoLab.
• Knowledge of MQL, VBA, scripting, data analysis, and service reporting.
• Experience with platform upgrades, data migration, environment management, backups, and server/virtual infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze operational data, define KPIs, and improve service performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work UK shifts and support critical incidents outside business hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for global Engineering Systems (CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM).
• Handle service requests, incidents, and problem management.
• Troubleshoot engineering applications and infrastructure issues.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, environment management, and backup activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, KPI dashboards, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with global teams, service desk, vendors, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure service stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Education

• BE / B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ITIL or Service Management Certification is an added advantage.
