LOCATION:
Spinny Car Hub, Neelkanth Business Park, Nathani Rd, near Railway Station, Vidyavihar Society, Vidyavihar, Mumbai,400086
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manageendto end workshop operations.
Implement new process flow and products.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and process flows.
Manpowermanagement- Able to resolve manpower grievances and track ST/T performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams- Spares, Quality, finance, central teams.
KPIs/KRAs- Repair TAT, Repair Quality, Cost saving
Requirements:
2+yrs. of on-ground operations management, preferably in a high-paced environment.
Experience in the automobile sector will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions.
Highlevels of ownership, ability to take initiative and get things done. Thrive in high pressure work environment.
