Operations Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Process transactions, answer queries, and address concerns in a timely manner to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken) for handling international voice processes.
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules).
• Proficiency in processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
