Job Description
We are hiring professionals with hands-on experience in Operational Risk, RCSA, and Controls Testing within the Banking domain.
Work Mode: WFO
Shift: 9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST | US Business Hours
Domain: Banking / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities: End-to-end RCSA for Banking Operations, Test of Design (ToD), Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE), evidence and sampling-based controls testing, Risk & Control Matrix (RCM), control narratives, test documentation, control gap identification, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and remediation recommendations.
Banking Process Exposure: Payments Operations, Customer Onboarding, Treasury Operations, Customer Servicing, and Banking Operations.
Required Experience: Hands-on RCSA and Operational Controls Testing experience, ToD & ToE, sampling and evidence validation, risk and control assessment, control gap analysis, RCA, audit/regulatory testing, stakeholder management, and strong documentation skills.
Candidates with experience working with US stakeholders and cross-border teams are preferred.
Certifications such as FRM, CRISC, CISA, or CIA are an added advantage.
Important: Candidates should have direct hands-on experience in RCSA and Controls Testing, rather than only supporting risk/control documentation.
