Operating Effectiveness Senior Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create process maps and flow representations to assess current workflows and identify gaps, structural issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with operational teams to gather insights, analyze data, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Design improvement proposals and coordinate project plans to test, validate, and implement process changes across business areas.
• Deliver changes through clear presentations, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with change enabling teams (e.g., Automation, Quality Assurance, Planning, NPS, Data & Analytics, Knowledge Xchange, Learning & Development) to measure impact after implementation.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 12 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, process engineering, or continuous improvement roles.
• Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive structured process improvement.
• Process management experience, including planning and execution of improvement initiatives.
• Process mapping capability to document current-state workflows and support gap analysis.
• Visio proficiency to create process maps and related diagrams for stakeholder communication.

Good to Have:

• Flowchart creation experience to strengthen process visualization and documentation.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation (any branch).
