Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors (XAPS).
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable document management solutions.
Design and develop document-centric workflows and metadata models in OpenText.
Integrate OpenText with SAP SuccessFactors using standard connectors (xECM for SF).
Ensure compliance with data privacy, legal hold, and document lifecycle regulations.
Perform system administration, upgrades, and patching for OpenText and connected SAP environments.
Create technical documentation and conduct user training as needed.
