Job Title: OpenText AppWorks (BPM) Developer / Support Analyst

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced OpenText AppWorks (BPM) Developer/Support Analyst to design, develop, and support workflow-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks/Process Suite, strong workflow development skills, and exposure to Finance processes such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Accruals.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using OpenText AppWorks (Process Suite/BPM).
• Support and enhance finance-related workflow applications.
• Develop workflows for:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Billing Processes
• Accrual Calculations & Approvals
• Integrate applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Perform performance tuning and application optimization.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
• Work with databases for data validation and application support.
• Integrate with enterprise applications including SAP Finance or Oracle Financials where required.

Required Skills:-

• 4+ years of experience in OpenText AppWorks / OpenText Process Suite / OpenText BPM.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and workflow design.
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Basic UI customization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle or SQL Server).
• Experience in debugging, issue analysis, and production support.
• Good understanding of workflow-based enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills:-

• Exposure to SAP Finance or Oracle Financials.
• Experience with OpenText Content Server or other Document Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Finance business processes.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of:

• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Billing Lifecycle
• Accrual Accounting
• Financial Approval Workflows
