Description:
•OpenText AppWorks (BPM) Developer/Support Analyst with ~4 years of experience and good exposure to Finance domain processes (AR, Billing, Accruals). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting workflow-based enterprise applications.
Support finance-related workflows such as:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Billing Processes
• Accrual Calculations & Approvals
Work on REST/SOAP APIs integration
Perform debugging, issue resolution, and performance tuning
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Participate in UAT and production deployment support
