Role: The Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of procurement specialists in a BPO environment, overseeing the procure-to-pay process, supplier onboarding, purchase requisition/order management, and compliance. The role involves managing the team's performance, ensuring adherence to processes and policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description :

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, or an MBA with a focus on Supply Chain or Finance.

1 year of experience as Team Lead

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience in public sector or higher education procurement processes.
• Knowledge of procurement software solutions and tools.
