Role:The Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of financial analysts in performing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and regulatory reporting for BPO clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and analysis.
Job Description
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure effective execution of tasks and achievement of team goals.
- Experience in leading and managing remote teams in a BPO environment.
- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling techniques and data visualization tools.
- Relevant certifications in finance or accounting
- Experience in a specific industry or domain
- Develop and implement process improvements and standardized methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of experience
