Opening For Warehouse Executive

Roles & Responsibilites:

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials/products.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, GRNs, and other warehouse documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities.
• Monitor transporter performance and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory safety guidelines.
• Handle customer or internal warehouse-related queries promptly.
• Generate daily and monthly operational MIS reports.
