Job Title: Store Manager

Role Summary:
Looking for Store Manager candidates to handle complete store operations, drive sales, manage teams, supervise floor activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain stock and process compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Current designation should be Store Manager with 2 - 4 years of experience Or current designation should be Team Lead / Floor Supervisor with 4 - 6 years of experience in retail store operations.
• Age should be below 34 years.
• Should have good team handling and sales management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end daily store operations.indeed+1
• Achieve store sales targets and improve store performance.
• Handle team supervision, shift planning, and staff allocation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.careervir
• Monitor stock, replenishment, inventory, and shrinkage control.
• Maintain VM, store hygiene, billing discipline, and SOP compliance.hiring.
• Train and guide team members for better productivity and customer handling.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates from retail background who are currently working in Store Manager, Team Lead, or Floor Supervisor roles and are comfortable working in a target-driven store environment.
