About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in recruitment, sourcing, and end to end hiring processes. You will be trained and guided by senior recruiters to develop strong hiring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial telephonic screening with candidates
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker
• Support end-to-end recruitment for entry level and midlevel positions
• Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Learn and work with ATS / HR tools used in the hiring process
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities Role & responsibilities
