Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the recruitment process for senior leadership positions, focusing on lateral and volume hiring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and preferences.
• Source top talent through social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership, lateral, and volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Excellent sourcing skills for identifying high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment software is an advantage.
