We are seeking passionate and experienced History Teacher for ISC.

Required Candidate Profile

• Masters degree in the relevant Subject
• B.Ed. (Mandatory)
• Minimum experience of 4 years teaching ICSE/ISC
• Expertise in History.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in History aligned with the ISC curriculum for High School - XI and XII.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials following CISCE guidelines.
• Encourage critical thinking and inquiry through discussion, analysis of historical events, social structures, political theories, and psychological concepts.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and exams, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for ISC board examinations with focused teaching and revision strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance as per school policy.
• Communicate transparently with parents/guardians and participate in meetings to support student development.
• Participate actively in school activities, competitions, extracurricular events, and professional development sessions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom culture that inspires enthusiasm for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in ongoing training to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay current with curriculum and pedagogy.
