About the Role

Candidates with real estate sales experience are highly preferred, and experience in open plot sales will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for open plot sales.
• Meet prospective customers and explain project details.
• Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the buying journey.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• Experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
• Experience in Open Plot Sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Willingness to work in Field Sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

9:30 AM 6:30 PM
