Role & responsibilities

Delivery & Consulting Skills

• Experience in endtoend implementation projects (design build UAT golive)
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models

Experience & Qualification

• 812+ years of overall supply chain / SCM solution experience
• 3–5+ years of handson One Network functional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• Experience in large enterprise or CPG / Manufacturing / Logistics clients preferred

Role Level (Typical Cognizant Mapping)

• Manager (M) or Senior Associate / Senior Consultant (SA) depending on experience
• Offshore / Nearshore delivery model (India preferred for current demand)

Nice to Have

• Prior Transportation Control Tower implementation experience
• Exposure to integrations with ERP / TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience supporting PepsiColike global logistics ecosystems
