Job Description
Must-Have:
- 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong OMT exposure
- Proven integration ownership (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub)
- Data migration experience
- Strong scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Builder, Client Scripts)
- Integration exposure (APIs, MID Server)
- Experience in CSM / ITSM / ITOM
- Delivered at least one end-to-end implementation
Good-to-Have:
OMT exposure
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM)
Upgrade and clone strategy ownership
Mentoring experience
Data migration experience
Flow Designer / IntegrationHub projects
Performance optimization experience
