Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced OmniStudio / Vlocity Developer with 6 8 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing OmniStudio components and Vlocity solutions to deliver scalable digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.

• Implement and customize Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Optimize performance and scalability of OmniStudio applications.

• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD processes.

• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and data management.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.

• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification.

• Experience in Telecom, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment.
