Key Accountabilities

Design and implement telecom order management workflows using BPMN/BPNM platforms
Develop and configure complex order orchestration logic across distributed systems
Build and enhance workflow based applications supporting complete order lifecycle management
Configure order flows involving validation, decomposition, orchestration, and execution
Integrate OM systems with CRM, catalog, provisioning, and other downstream systems
Develop and manage REST APIs and middleware integrations within the BSS ecosystem
Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize high volume processing
Troubleshoot fallouts, resolve workflow issues, and improve system reliability and throughput
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and enforce best development practices
Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, integrations, and dependencies

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in BPMN/BPNM workflow platforms and order management solutions
Deep understanding of order orchestration, lifecycle management, and fallout handling
Strong experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend communication patterns
Good understanding of telecom BSS systems including CRM, product catalog, and provisioning
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for workflow driven application development

Desirable Skills

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and performance optimization practices
Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership abilities
