Role & responsibilities
• Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging activities.
• Monitor compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Review batch manufacturing and packaging records for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify line clearance before the start of manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Identify, document, and report deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of quality records.
• Support investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control activities.
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections as required.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams to ensure product quality.
