Qualification:

• Any Degree

Experience:

• 1 to 3 Years in Logistics / Dispatch / Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Plan and allocate routes for delivery vehicles to ensure efficient transportation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transport teams for smooth dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery records.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers or distributors.
• Monitor vehicle movement and driver schedules.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and documentation before dispatch.
• Handle delivery issues, delays, or route changes when required.
• Maintain dispatch reports and logistics records.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred).
• Ability to handle dispatch planning and route management.
