Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to expand the customer base
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch-level sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the consumer banking group
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless banking experience for customers
• Actively participate in branch-level initiatives and contribute to the implementation of the banks strategic objectives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify growth opportunities and provide customized solutions
